Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s attempt to gain acceptance from the family audiences didn’t yield desired results. His Sankranthi release ‘Entha Manchivaadavuraa’ has failed to lift the spirits of its producers and buyers. With two biggies – Ala Vaikunthapurramloo and Sarileru Neekevvaru dominating, the family drama didn’t attract audiences. 

Kalyan Ram has an image of an action star. He wanted to come out from that mould and had attempted a love story with ‘Naa Nuvve’ but it didn’t work out and now his attempt in the genre of family drama with ‘Entha Manchivaadavuaraa’ also got backfired. 

He might stop such experiments and would sign his next films in the genre of action.
