Kangana Ranaut preparing well for Jaya biopic

Kangana Ranaut will be essaying the role of Tamilnadu former Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa soon. The film will be made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages. A question comes to our mind: will Kangana gain extra kilos to portray the iconic Jayalalithaa's role?

Answer is...Kangana Ranut doesn’t need to gain weight for this character. The biopic covers Jayalalithaa's journey to emerging as one of the biggest stars and end with her becoming the chief minister of Tamil Nadu for the first time. In her heydays, Jayalalithaa was known as most glamorous actress. She was beauty queen.

So, the film will mostly be a glamorous one and there is no need for Kangana to put on weight.

Titled ‘Thalaivi’ in Tamil and ‘Jaya’ in Telugu and Hindi, the movie is directed by A L Vijay and produced by Vishnu Induri. 'Baahubali' writer Vijayendra Prasad has penned the script.
