Writer and producer Kona Venkat has grip on the genre of horror-comedy. He wrote ‘Geetanjali’ starring Anjali which is also a horror-comedy and became a big hit. So he has command over this genre and knows which works and which does not. Having seen the movie ‘Abhinetri’ directed by A L Vijay, Kona Venkat says the film has ingredients that would appeal to a cross section of audiences.

He is confident that the movie will be a hit despite the heavy competition this Dussera . “Entertainment and surprising elements are the mainstay of the movie,” he said.

‘Abhinetri’ has Tamannah and Prabhudeva in the lead roles while Sonu Sood has played a very important role. It is set to release on 7th October in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages. MVV Satyanarayana produced the movie while Kona Venkat is presenting it.
