Koratala makes changes to Ram Charan's character

‘Acharya’ sees the first collaboration between megastar Chiranjeevi and director Koratala Siva. It also brings father and son duo Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan together on screen again. That Ram Charan is playing an extended guest role is known to all.
Telugucinema.com came to know that Koratala has rewritten scenes for Ram Charan during this lockdown period. He was earlier planning to rope in Mahesh Babu for the role but Charan is particular to play this character. Hence, the director has made the changes in characterization of Ram Charan. He has now incorporated two songs (one romantic duet, and a bit song) for him. The dialogues are also rewritten. Ram Charan will also have campus romance in the movie. The heroine has not been fixed yet.
Megastar Chiranjeevi is playing the role of a professor with leftist ideology. The film has stopped its shooting due to lockdown. It will resume the shoot from June or July depending on the permission given by the government.
Produced by Niranjan Reddy and Ram Charan, ‘Acharya’ has music by Manisharma. Kajal Aggarwal is playing the female lead.
Meanwhile, Ram Charan also posted a video of learning how to make fresh butter. His grandmother Anjana Devi is teaching him.
