Koratala not to direct Ram Charan's solo movie?

It is now confirmed that Ram Charan is essaying a lengthy guest role in his father Chiranjeevi’s ‘Acharya’ being directed by Koratala Siva. Mahesh Babu is not playing the role. An official statement about Ram Charan’s guest role in ‘Acharya’ will come out shortly. Charan might join the shoot in May or June.
Now that Charan has stepped into the essay the guest role, Koratala might not direct Ram Charan’s solo movie next as agreed earlier. Let’s rewind the flashback button to get more clarity on this development.
Koratala Siva first narrated this special role of a youngster with an extreme leftist ideology to Ram Charan and he readily agreed to play the role as it would give him chance to share the screen space with his father megastar Chiranjeevi in a key role. But Rajamouli raised objection to this proposal. It was then Koratala approached Mahesh Babu for the same guest role as Charan cannot play it due to his commitment with “RRR”.
Mahesh Babu evinced interest when Koratala gave the narration and the development came all out in the media as well. It was then Charan made a proposal to Koratala to direct a separate movie with him as the lead hero after both of them wrapping up ‘Acharya’ and ‘RRR’ respectively and the director had agreed to this proposal.
In the meantime, things have changed and Ram Charan is back on board for ‘Acharya’. So, Koratala is now not in a mood to direct a solo movie with Charan. Instead, he will go with other stars is the buzz in the Tollywood.
