Ravi Teja starrer Amar Akbar Antony is moving at a brisk pace. It was earlier reported that a major schedule of the film will be shot in US. But the latest is that this major schedule will be shot in Hyderabad itself. But the effects will be such that it seems like the film is shot in the US. 

The reason for this is to cut down the cost of the film. The producers are careful to that the budget will not overshoot. Some minor portions might be shot in the US, say sources.

Srinu Vaitla is directing this film, which has Ileana as the leading lady. The film is produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar and Mohan Cherukuri under their banner Mythri Movie Makers. The makers are looking at releasing the film during Dussera. Amar Akbar Antony is a touted to be an action-packed entertainer.
