Lockdown effect: Nithin can only release Rang De

Nithin scored a good hit with ‘Bheeshma’ this year. Buoyed by the response, he had planned to launch two more films in 2020. ‘Rang De’ and ‘Check’ are the other two films that he had planned to score a hat-trick but the lockdown has spoiled all his arrangements.

He will at the most have another release this year. That is ‘Rang De’. The film is scheduled for July 30 but it is too early to talk about the date as all films are going to be rescheduled. 'Rang De', directed by Venky Atluri, has Keerthy Suresh as the heroine. Sithara Entertainments is bankrolling it.

Chandrasekhar Yeleti's ‘Check’ might be pushed to early next year. The movie’s shooting is in the final stage.
