Mahanati cinematographer for Rana's Virata Parvam

Rana is all set to join the shoot of ‘Virata Parvam’ next month. The film has already completed a major chunk of its shoot involving the lead actress Sai Pallavi and character actress Nandita Das. Now, Rana is beginning the shoot as the hero. However, there is a major change in the film’s crew.

Divakar Mani who shot all the portions so far has opted out of the movie as the film is getting delayed. Divakar is leaving the project as he already allotted his dates to other projects.

So, the makers have signed up Dani Sanchez-Lopez, who won critical appreciation for 'Mahanati' as the director of photography. He will replace Divakar. Venu Udugula is directing this period drama
