Keerthy Suresh starrer 'Mahanati' was premiered on television recently. The film received huge viewership. It was premiered on Star Maa TV.
The biopic on Savithri was lauded for its content and the film went on to become a blockbuster. When premiered on television last Sunday it fetched a TVR of 20.16.
Keerthy Suresh played the role of Savithri, while Dulquer Salmaan was seen as Gemini Ganeshan in this film. Bigg Boss 2 and this film helped the channel to get high ratings last week and retain its number one position.
