Maharshi gets 5 shows permission in Telangana

Mahesh Babu’s ‘Maharshi’ will be allowed to screen five shows per day from 8 am in all the single screens in Telangana. The government has given special permission after producer Dil Raju sought relaxation of the 4-shows rule for this big-budgeted movie for the two weeks.
"To avoid black marketing of tickets and huge crowds at the theaters”, the home department has asked the respective authorities to allow five shows for the film in Telangana from May 9th to 22nd May.
Some multiplexes have also started selling the tickets at Rs 200 higher than the normal ticket rates. The distributors are using a loophole in the special G.O issued some years ago to hike the rates for certain movies.
‘Maharshi’ is 25th movie in Mahesh Babu’s career and the film is carrying huge buzz. Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, ‘Maharshi’ has Pooja Hegde as the heroine. Allari Naresh is playing Mahesh Babu’s buddy.
