That Mahesh Babu adopted two villages is old news. After the release of his film Srimanthudu Mahesh Babu had adopted his hometown Burripalem in Andhra and Siddhapuram in Telangana. The latest update of development here is that Mahesh donated Rs 30 lakh for constructing a school in Siddapuram. She handed over the cheque to District Collector Raghunandan Rao.

As Mahesh Babu is busy with his films, Mahesh’s wife Namratha oversees the development work in these two villages.
