Mahesh Babu gets good deal from satellite rights

Mahesh Babu has already sold off satellite rights of ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ which is yet to commence the regular shoot. Mahesh Babu is one of the producers of this movie that will start shooting from July 5. As the deal with the main producer Anil Sunkara, Mahesh Babu agreed to take the ancillary revenue as his remuneration.
Ancillary revenue means money coming from satellite rights, digital rights and audio rights. Theatrical rights will be with Anil Sunkara’s banner. Mahesh Babu has already sold off satellite rights to Gemini TV which reportedly fetched him about Rs 16 Cr.
He will also get around Rs 13 – 15 Cr for digital rights. So, Mahesh Babu is getting huge amount from this film than his normal remuneration. This is the reason why he has agreed to act in this film which is directed by Anil Ravipudi.
