Mahesh Babu may announce his next film soon

The shooting of ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ will be wrapped up this month's end. Mahesh Babu will have to focus on promotions then. So, from January 2020, he will be free of all commitments. Now comes the question: which film he would take up?

He has also been worrying about this aspect. Mahesh Babu is now meeting several top directors regarding this. Recently he had a meeting with Surender Reddy who has not yet committed any other project after ‘Sye Raa’. Surender Reddy is expected to narrate a story to Prabhas. Now, Mahesh Babu has inquired him whether he does have a script ready for him. Mahesh Babu needs a strong script. So, he is asking all the directors to write a good script and come to him. Whoever brings the right story, they will get priority dates from January. 

Mahesh Babu earlier has given nod to director Prashanth Neel of KGF fame but the movie will only be materialized in the second half of 2019.
