Mahesh Babu prefers a historical with Rajamouli!

In his long career, Superstar Mahesh Babu has not attempted the genres of historical or period movies. Does he fear acting in them? “I will not hesitate in acting such movies if an able director like Rajamouli handles. Otherwise, I am not sure of taking them up,” Mahesh Babu said in our earlier interview.

So, will he do a historical movie with Rajamouli now as the top director recently confirmed the movie? We have to wait and see. Rajamouli is already holding discussions with his father Vijayendra Prasad to fix a basic story for Mahesh Babu movie. They will work on the final script after wrapping up the current movie “RRR”.

Mahesh Babu trusts that Rajamouli can handle anything be it a multi-starrer movie or a historical. 

Mahesh Babu is currently spending his time with his family during the quarantine period. He is also in touch with director Parasuram on the phone as their film would go to the sets in July or August. The film will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
