Mani Ratnam's casting woes continue

What is it with Mani Ratnam and casting? Every film of his goes many changes in casting before it hits the floors. Ram Charan, Nani, Mahesh Babu and several other stars have okayed his new movie and later walked out. Just recently, Mani Ratnam’s production house officially announced that his new film will have Malayalam star Fahad Fazil, Simbu, Vijay Sethupathi, Aravind Swamy, Jyothika, Aishwarya Rajesh and Aditi Rao in  lead roles.
 
However, latest reports say Malayalam star Fahad has now walked out of the project as the film is getting delayed. It is not officially announced though. Let’s see whether he would reconsider his decision.
 
On the other hand, this multi-starrer movie will have cinematography by Santosh Sivan and both Mani and his DoP have begun scouting locations for the film.
