Mani Ratnam's film holds well overseas

Mani Ratnam’s ‘Chekka Chivantha Vaanam’ (Tamil) and its Telugu version ‘Nawab’ are performing well in USA and Australia territories. The movie has grossed more than 300k dollars in USA while in Australia the film has grossed 102k Australian dollars.
 
Mani Ratnam’s movie is currently doing well in overseas but it has to pick up the collections for the Telugu version in domestic market. 
 
However, this is being said as Mani Ratnam’s comeback movie commercially. Except ‘Ok Bangaram’, all his recent movies bombed at the box-office.
