Media gets Ravikanth Perepu's post wrong

Director Ravikanth Perepu, who shot to fame with ‘Kshanam’, married his girlfriend and dubbing artist Ghantasala Veena in 2017. Yes, it was two and a half years ago and the wedding took place in Chennai. All websites and media outlets had reported the news back then. But in a hurry to post something new, a section of media married them off again.

Ravikanth Perepu’s second film ‘Krishna and His Leela’ got released recently and it was well-received on OTT platforms. So, he has been posting a series of ‘Thank You’ messages on his social media who stood behind him and supported in the making of this film that lasted more than three years. 

While thanking his wife, he wrote that he got married ‘during the making of this film’ and media thought he married her recently. They will soon be celebrating the third anniversary, guys!
