Miffed Jagapathi Babu walks out

Jagapathi Babu has earlier agreed to play a key role in director Anil Ravipudi’s new film with Mahesh Babu. The film is ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ that is under progress in Jammu and Kashmir. Jagapathi Babu who had played key roles in recent Mahesh Babu’s movies such as ‘Srimanthudu’ and ‘Maharshi’ is no longer be part of ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’.
He has informed the team that he will not do the role. The team has now approached Prakash Raj for the same role and he reportedly readily agreed to do it.
Jagapathi Babu got miffed with Anil Ravipudi for trimming the role. When he first narrated Jagapathi Babu felt his role has substantial importance and runtime but later his role has turned out to be very small. So, he doesn’t want to do such a small and unimportant role.
‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ is fast finishing its first schedule in Kashmir. Mahesh Babu is playing the role of Major Ajay Krishna. The next shoot schedule will commence in Hyderabad later this month. The action entertainer has Rashmika Mandanna as the heroine. AK Entertainments, Dil Raju and Mahesh Babu are producing it.
Vijayashanti will make a comeback with this movie in a major character.
