Mister claims Rs 3.22 Cr openings

Varun Tej, Lavanya Tripathi and Hebah Patel starrer 'Mister' received decent openings on the first day. "It collected Rs 3.22 crore alone in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states," producers said in a statement.

The movie received bad reviews from the critics. The general word-of-mouth is equally bad. In a typical publicity stunt, the PR team claims that the movie was not affected by ratings of the movie critics. According to them, "trade pundits" are predicting that the movie would run superbly at box-office as there is no major competition till the arrival of 'Baahubali 2'.

Directed by Sreenu Vaitla, 'Mister' has music by Mickey J Meyer.
