Director Sekhar Kammula’s new love story that features Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi as the lead pair was launched formally at Vinayaka Temple in Secunderabad. Sekhar Kammula suddenly announced this film putting aside his earlier dance based drama with newcomers.
 
He is making it as a quickie. The film will commence its regular shoot in the first week of September and may release in December itself. Asian Cinemas, one of the leading distribution houses in Telangana, is venturing into film production with this romantic drama. The film will have Vijay C Kumar handling the camera.
 
Music director and other crew are yet to be finalized. Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi both attended the formal pooja ceremony.
 
It is said that Kammula has agreed to finish the movie in a specified budget and in a short span. He has finished the script work as well as production work. This is the first time that Naga Chaitanya is working under Kammula’s direction while Sai Pallavi became sensation with Kammula’s ‘Fidaa’.
 
The film is set in Hyderabad backdrop.
