Narappa also halts its shooting

Venkatesh’s ‘Narappa’ which has been shooting nonstop since the day of its launch has finally stopped its shooting as the coronavirus positive cases in India are slowly increasing. The film’s shoot that was taking place in Tamilnadu has been suspended now.
“The longest shoot schedule in the history of Suresh Productions, "Narappa" has now been paused in view of threat of COVID-19. The team is heading back to Hyderabad today,” Suresh Productions, which is producing the movie, posted on Twitter.
‘Narappa’ is the Telugu remake of critically acclaimed Tamil blockbuster ‘Asuran’. Srikanth Addala is directing the movie while Suresh Babu is producing in association with Kalaippuli Thanu.
Venkatesh is reprising the role that was played by Dhanush in Tamil. Amala Paul is the heroine.
