The talented actress has cut down her acting assignments. She is now focusing on writing. Nithya Menon is reportedly writing stories and movie scripts. She has plans of turning the director in the future.

Nithya Menen, who impressed the Telugu audiences with her beautiful performances in films such as ‘Ala Modalaindi’, ‘Ishq’, ‘Gunde Jaari Gallanthaindhe’, ‘Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju’, ‘Janatha Garage’ and ‘S/o Sathyamurthy’, has been staying away from Telugu films from last two years.
