Telugu film producers are gearing up to resume the movie shootings in the first or second week of June. Just before the lockdown was imposed, all the movie shootings came to grinding halt amid the coronavirus outbreak. Since the last two months, there is no activity in the movie studios.

However, the only safest location for movie shootings during this turbulent period is Ramoji Film City (RFC), which is far away from the main city of Hyderabad and also has all the facilities that top stars want. Moreover, all the COVID19 guidelines and safety measures can be easily implemented in this sprawling studio facility which is spread over 2000 acres of land. At any given time any number of movies can easily do filming without worrying about physical distancing.

Buzz is that all the big star movies that include ‘Acharya’, ‘Prabhas 20’, ‘Vakeel Saab’, and others are permanently moving to RFC to wrap up the entire remaining portions.

If RFC takes enough measures for safety and reduces the floor rents, it can lure even Bollywood and Kollywood productions and would be bustling with activity again.
