Naga Chaitanya might not have dreamt that 'Premam' will be a big hit. Team 'Premam' wants to celebrate the success of the movie. Initially they had planned a success meet but it was canceled. But now they have decided to go ahead with the meet tomorrow. The main team of the movie will be present on the occasion.

The film is a remake of Malayalam film by the same name. It is a story about coming of age of an youngster, which shows Naga Chaitanya in different stages of his life. Anupama Parameshwaran, Shruti Haasan and Madonna Sebastian are the leading women of this film. Premam is directed by Chandoo Mondeti.
