Producer Ashwini Dutt slams Megastar Chiranjeevi

Producer Ashwini Dutt is one of the closest friends of Megastar Chiranjeevi in the Telugu film industry. Ashwini Dutt has also produced some of the biggest blockbusters in Chiranjeevi’s career that include ‘Jagadeka Veerudu Atiloka Sundari’ and ‘Indra’. However, Ashwini Dutt, for the first time, didn’t mince words in criticizing his friend Chiranjeevi openly over the ongoing Amaravathi issue.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy government’s plan to shift capital out of Amaravathi has created a huge uproar. But Megastar Chiranjeevi lent his support to Jagan on the grounds that it would lead to decentralization of development. Producer Ashwini Dutt who gave up acres of land for Gannavaram airport insisted that the capital should be continued in Amaravathi. He said Chiranjeevi doesn’t know anything. Ashwini Dutt praised Pawan Kalyan.

“Pawan Kalyan has been fighting for the cause of the general public. He can earn crores of money in the movie field but Pawan chose to work for the state. Chiranjeevi should support his brother and farmers, not the government,” Ashwini Dutt said.
