Rajamouli and his family members have tested positive for Coronavirus. The ‘Baahubali’ director said they are under home quarantine now and are taking medicines following the prescription of doctors at their home.

“My family members and I developed a slight fever a few days ago. It subsided by itself but we got tested nevertheless. The result has shown a mild COVID positive today. We have home quarantined as prescribed by the doctors," Rajamouli tweeted explaining that he’s now under home quarantine.

In an inspiring message, he also said he would donate his plasma as soon as he completely gets recovered.

"All of us are feeling better with no symptoms but are following all precautions and instructions... Just waiting to develop antibodies so that we can donate our plasma...,” he continued.

Rajamouli is the major celebrity in the Telugu film industry to have tested positive for coronavirus after producer Bandla Ganesh, who had recovered from it.

Rajamouli was planning to resume the shoot of ‘RRR’ last month but was forced to postpone as the corona cases have seen a sudden rise. ‘RRR’ stalled its shoot before the lockdown.
