Rajinikanth has no interest in running for CM

Superstar Rajinikanth said he has no aspiration to become the chief minister of Tamilnadu. He has not announced his party’s name but he revealed that an educated youngster will become the CM and he will look after party affairs. “I have never thought of the Chief Minister's post. I only want a change in politics,” he declared.
The Tamilnadu assembly polls will be held next year. “Next year, I will turn 71. I have health issues as well. I want an educated and compassionate youngster to lead the state. Now, we need to create a new movement to bring the change,” he said.
Rajinikanth’s statement is being seen as escapism. People and his fans may not show interest in his party if he doesn’t want to become CM, say political pundits.
