Rajinikanth's 161 movie to be launched on 1st May!

After the super success of 'Kabali', Superstar Rajinikanth and Pa Ranjith are once again working for a new movie that also shows Rajini as mafia don. Although the movie is not sequel to 'Kabali', Rajinikanth's fans are referring it as 'Kabali 2'. This will be Rajinikanth's 161st movie in his career.

The film is produced by Rajini's son-in-law Dhanush. Buzz is that the untitled film might be launched on 1st May and the title and first look will also be unveiled next month. Reports suggest that the film is based on the underworld don Sultan Mirza. It will be released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages. The film is set in the backdrop of Mumbai and it will mostly be shot in Mumbai and Chennai.

Rajinikanth has completed his work for director Shankar's '2.0' and its release has been pushed to 25th Jan 2018.
