Nobody expected Ram Charan to double down on his toned look in 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama'. When the film's trailer was unveiled recently, we knew the Mega Power Star would be revving it up. The Rambo look has been found to be one of his best looks ever.  

Surely, the workaholic has developed the stunning biceps and abs with so much dedication. Cherry has taken to extensive training to achieve this. He followed a strict diet for days to get into this wow shape. The actor's wife, Upasana, uploaded his workout video clip. She must have enjoyed her hubby's physical muscle-flexing. She also now shared his diet plans. She says is it Ram Charan VVR diet.

It's becoming clear that the macho look will very much be retained for the RRR movie of Rajamouli. For the RRR movie, Charan has got in touch with Aalim Hakim, the famous hairstylist.
