Director Sukumar's new love story starring Ram Charan was formally launched this morning. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the movie's pooja was held today. Ram Charan, director Sukumar and other crew members were present. Mega star Chiranjeevi sounded the clap board and Koratala Siva directed the first shot. Ram Charan switched on the camera. 

The film is set in the backdrop of a village in late 80's and early 90's. The first poster announcing the commencement of movie's shoot depicts Ram Charan carrying water in metal vase wearing lungi. The poster carries the theme of the movie.
 
In the movie, Ram Charan will be seen as a person who has hearing problems. Samantha is said to be playing the female lead. Jagapthi Babu will play a key role in the film. Rathnavelu is handling the camera, while Devi Sri Prasad will compose the music. The movie is 11th film in Charan's career.
