Rana has slimmed again. The actor lost oodles of weight last year due to an ailment. However, he regained health after undergoing treatment. He looked gaining his bulky avatar back as it was evident in 'NTR Mahanayakudu', in which he played the role of Nara Chandrababu Naidu.

But now, his recent pictures have surfaced on the social media that have come as a shock to his fans. In these pictures, he looks quite lean almost like a patient. He seems to have lost weight again. This time for a movie's character, say reports.

His fans request him to eat healthy food and gain weight again. They didn't like this lean look.
