RGV explains why his films are flopping

Ram Gopal Varma is a maverick director. He made many classics both in Telugu movie industry and Hindi film industry. But all his best films (Shiva, Kshana Kshanam, Gayam) and big hits (Rangeela, Satya, Company and Sarkar) came before 2005.
Post Sarkar, his career has started going downwards and today he has completely lost the game. None of his movies are drawing 10 percent of openings. At present, he is left with no movie on hand.
What has happened to him? The eccentric genius comes up with an explanation that his films have started flopping once he took up 'bound scripts' for filming. He reasoned that he delivered hits when he has no 'written scripts' on the sets.
"I swear on my mother and Steven Spielberg that it's only after I started working with bound scripts that my films started," he said.
