Ritika: Loved playing glam role

As someone proud to have debuted with a movie like 'Guru', kick boxing champion turned actress knows her responsibilities. Come April 14, the new talent will be seen opposite Lawrence Raghava in 'Shivalinga'. "It was challenging to be Raghava garu's co-star because I don't know dancing," Ritika says, adding that the actor-choreographer helped her get the body language right.  

Ask her why she chose the movie, pat comes the reply. "I liked the story and my haracterization," Ritika quips.

If 'Guru' was a deglam outing, 'Shivalinga' is a glamorous role. Was she expecting to do such a role? "No. For that matter, I never planned anything. I learnt martial arts and became a kick boxer when I wasn't having any expectations. And I became an actor accidentally," she said.

Who does she like among the actresses? "Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt and Anushka Sharma," she avers.
