RRR to resume shoot this week

June is here. The scorching summer season has ended with the rain gods blessing the Telangana state. While the weather is turning brighter, the corona crisis is looming large. The corona positive cases are going up with the record numbers. More than 700 cases have been recorded in the state in the last five days. The growing number is a worrying factor for the movie industry which is gearing up for the resumption of movie shootings this month. 

Despite this threat, director Rajamouli and his team have decided to resume the shooting of ‘RRR’ later this week. Rules and guidelines of COVID19 will diligently be followed. Rajamouli and producer Danayya have already made necessary changes – restricting the number of crew members to resume the shoot. 

‘RRR’ features NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles. The film was to wrap up its entire shoot by June but the plans went haywire after a lockdown was announced in March.
