Samantha to join 96 remake shoot

The Telugu remake of Tamil hit movie ‘96’ starring Sharwanand and Samatha is underway. Sharwanand has already wrapped up major portion for this movie that is being directed by the original Tamil director Prem Kumar. Now Samantha will be joining the shoot. She is reprising the role that was originally done by Trisha. The role brought critical acclaim to Trisha.
Samantha who is riding high on the success of ‘Majili’ will release ‘Oh Baby’ in July and this ‘96’ remake in September/October.
Produced by Dil Raju, ‘96’ remake will get a Telugu title.
