Samantha has signed another woman-centric film. As we reported earlier, this one will be directed by Ashwin Saravanan and produced by Sony Pictures. To be made in Telugu and Tamil languages simultaneously, the movie will start rolling next month.

The latest buzz in Chennai is that director Ashwin Saravanan has approached former leading star Prashanth to play the male lead in this film. Though the film will entirely revolve around Samantha, Prashanth will also be seen in an important role. However, Prashanth said he has not officially signed the movie yet. According to him, the discussions are going on.  

Prashanth was one of the popular male lead stars in ’90s with hits like ‘Toli Muddu’, ‘Jeans’, etc. Ashwin Saravanan shot to fame with ‘Game Over’ starring Taapsee. Samantha is now set to begin the shoot.
