Sekhar Kammula thinking of Erich Segal's title

We all use the term 'love story' very commonly. The two beautiful words are the title of a legendary romance novel. 'Love Story', a 1970 novel, was penned by the American writer Erich Segal. It's so popular that adaptations have been many.
"Love Story is romantic and funny, yet tragic. It is the tale of two college students whose love enables them to overcome the adversities they encounter in life," says a Wikipedia description of the premise.
The news is that Sekhar Kammula is said to be mooting this title for his upcoming movie. Starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, it's a dance-based romantic drama. As per the story, the lead pair migrate to a city. Possible, they face "adversities", which are also what the lead pair of Segal's novel faced.
Only that the film is romantic and funny but not tragic.
This is the maiden production venture of Asian Cinemas. Pavan and Vijay C Kumar are its music composer and cinematographer, respectively.
