She shot to fame for her performance in the film 'Arjun Reddy'. Producers are queuing to cast Shalini in their films. News is that Shalini has agreed to be a part of a Tamil film. Buzz is that she has now replaced Lavanya Tripathi in a Tamil film. 
  
Lavanya was the original choice opposite GV Prakash Kumar's Tamil film, which is remake of Tollywood's super hit '100% Love'. After Lavanya has walked out from this, the makers are said to have zeroed in on Shalini Pandey. 
  
Shalini will also be doing an important role in the popular biopic 'Mahanati'.
