Shruti Haasan's re-entry in Tollywood in Ravi Teja's film

After a long gap, Shruti Haasan has signed a Telugu film. She has been cast opposite Ravi Teja in a new action entertainer that will be directed by Gopichand Malineni. Incidentally, this is her second film with hero Ravi Teja and director Gopichand Malineni after their previous successful collaboration ‘Balupu’.

This is the first film for Shruti Haasan in the last 20 months. It is almost like a second entry for her in Tollywood. She took a long sabbatical for health reasons. Shruti has regained her health and is back in perfect shape. The actress also recently broke up with her boyfriend. 

The new film is a cop thriller and it will be produced by B Madhu. It will be launched next month. ‘Crack’ is the title being considered for it.
