Suriya's 'Singam 3' that was to release this morning has failed to hit the screens. The official line is that the movie ran into technical issues, so the delay. But inside sources tell us that it has landed in financial trouble. Some distributors are said to have not paid full amount. The producer is now trying to sort out the issue and release the movie in screens by noon. 

'Singam 3' faced many issues earlier and got postponed thrice. The film is third part in the 'Singam' franchise. It is directed by Hari. On the other hand, the Tamil version has been released in Tamilnadu and worldwide without any issues.
