Sony TV bags Baahubali 2 Hindi for Rs 51 Cr

Another record has been set by Baahubali 2. The mammoth movie being directed by S S Rajamouli is creating records in pre-release business. Now, Sony TV closed the deal with 'Baahubali' makers for satellite rights. The entertainment channel bought the Hindi version's satellite rights for a whopping Rs 51 Cr.
While the makers have already sold of its Telugu version's satellite rights to MAA TV, now Sony TV bought the Hindi version's for this such massive amount.
The film is still under progress but 'Baahubali The Conclusion' is setting new records in its pre-release business. The movie's Nizam rights were snapped up for record price by Sunil Narang's Asian Films. For North America region, Great India films bagged the rights for record Rs 45 Cr.
