Sridevi's Mom fails miserably

Sridevi, Akshaye Khanna and Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer 'Mom' hit screens worldwide in Telugu and Hindi languages. The film was a flop in Telugu. The Hindi version raked in Rs 14.40 cr (net) in India over the weekend and showed some growth on Sunday.

The Telugu version is total non-starter at box-office. Although the film received mixed reviews, audiences didn't show much interest. It remains to be seen whether it would pick up the collections over this weekend.

The film is directed by newcomer Ravi Udyawar with the story from Kona Venkat. Sridevi has played as a step mom who takes vengeance of rape of her step daughter.
