Sujeeth gets flak from everyone!

Despite bad reviews and total negative word-of-mouth from the general public, 'Saaho' is doing well at the box-office thanks to the hype and star power of Prabhas. The film is expected to post strong numbers until Monday. If we look beyond box-office numbers, one thing is pretty clear that the young director Sujeeth gets all the blame for wasting a golden opportunity.
When top directors were in the queue to sign Prabhas after the release of 'Baahubali', the star had given the opportunity to direct him to one-film-old Sujeeth. It is like a dream for the young director who just delivered a small hit named 'Run Raja Run'. When Prabhas handed over him this golden offer, Sujeeth should have worked on the script. Instead of writing his own script, he just borrowed the basic line from a French thriller 'Largo Winch' and has added several action episodes from various Hollywood and foreign movies. It was the lousiest writing. In the olden days, some so-called mass directors used to dish out the same.
What is the point of new-age-directors also following the old folks while claiming themselves to be torchbearers of new thinking in Tollywood? The making values of 'Saaho' are definitely top class, but the writing by Sujeeth is unoriginal. All scenes are copied.
Moreover, it is foolish to go ahead with this script after Trivikram had burned his hands with the same storyline in Pawan Kalyan starrer 'Agnyaathavaasi'. The film got released in the month of Jan 2018, what was 'Saaho' team doing since then? They have enough time to change the script.
'Saaho' may continue to rake in some good numbers but Sujeeth will face the tag of a copycat as well as showing lousiest writing skills in the film.
