Megastar Chiranjeevi’s dream project ‘Sye Raa’ is here. The film hit the screens today. Last night, a special preview was held for the media members and distributors in Mumbai. The period drama got a thumping response from there. “Extraordinary” is the first talk from those who have watched the film at this show.

The real first talk from the public will be out shortly. We have to wait for another couple of hours to get to hear from the general audiences. 

On the other hand, ‘Sye Raa’ is all set to post a huge premiere number in the USA. It will stand as one of the all-time highest-grossing Telugu movies on Premiere day. 

Starring Megastar Chiranjeevi as Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, the freedom warrior who led a rebellion against the British, ‘Sye Raa’ is directed by Surender Reddy and produced by Ram Charan. 

The film did about Rs 160 Cr pre-release theatrical business in all languages put together. It also fetched another Rs 100 Cr to producer Ram Charan from satellite and digital rights. ‘Sye Raa’ has Nayanthara and Tamannaah as the female lead. Amitabh Bachchan, Sudeep, and Vijay Sethupathi have played important roles.
