Tamannah as Mahalakshmi again

The Telugu remake of 'Queen' is finally progressing after the change of guard. The film was shot by Neelakanta of ‘Show’ and ‘Missamma’ with Tamannah. But Tamannah had tiff with Neelakantha and he had walked out of the project. 

Recently Prashanth Varma of ‘AWE’ fame has stepped in and he is directing it in his own style. 

According to reports, the film has now got a title. The film is likely to be titled 'That is Mahalakshmi'. In Tamil, the film has been titled 'Paris Paris' with Kajal Aggarwal playing the female lead. In Telugu, Mahalakshmi title is being chosen as Tamannah's character in her hit movie '100% Love' is also same.
