Telugu classic Varakatnam to be screened at IFFI

‘Varakatnam’ starring late NT Rama Rao is one of the evergreen classics of Telugu cinema. The 1969 film was NT Rama Rao’s home production and he also directed it. The movie will be screened at the IFFI Goa film festival.

Under the Golden Lining Films section. this year classics from various languages made in 1969 are to be screened at IFFI’s auditorium. The 50th International Film Festival of India is to be held from 20th to the 28th of November at Panjim, Goa.

‘Varakatnam’ won the national award for Best Film award in the Telugu language.
