Tollywood takes measures for safety of women artistes

Casting couch allegations have been taken seriously in Tollywood now. The industry has come forward to take measures for the safety of women. They have ascertained that safety of wannabe actresses, junior artistes will be their main motto.

Official guidelines were released by the Telugu film industry with respect to women safety and their protection. 

The guidelines read:
- #CASH Committee Against Sexual Harassment 
- #SHE Team Hotline
- Auditions will be recorded on camera, a woman will be deputed. 
- Sufficient Toilets/Amenities for junior artistes (women) will be provided at shoot locations

This indeed is a welcome trend in Tollywood and looks like the industry is all set to fight out this menace in the industry.
