Nagarjuna is launching a new film in January 2020. He appears as a cop in this concept based thriller to be directed by writer Solomon. Matinee Entertainments is bankrolling the project that will also have a huge ensemble cast.

Nagarjuna, however, has not given any clarity about ‘Bangarraju’, which has been at the pending stage for a long time. The movie is a sequel to ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’. Director Kalyan Krishna is awaiting a green signal from him. Whether it would completely be quashed or would it be taken to the sets after sometime later is yet to be ascertained. 

Nagarjuna is not in hurry to greenlight new films as he had tasted a series of flops recently.
