We have another star hero who just forayed into politics. Kannada hero Upendra, who is also a well known face in Tollywood has launched his political party, which will be known as Karnataka Pragnyavantha Janatha Paksha (KPJP). 

Speaking about his new party, Upendra said that he hopes to write a new chapter in Karnataka politics. One of his aim would be to create people-centric administration. 

His party will also be contesting in the 2018 elections. The actor said that he is not worried about winning or losing the elections. He is here to make a change and is pretty confident that he will usher in change in Karnataka politics.
