Uppena: Nee Kallu Neeli Samudram garners 50M views

“Nee Kallu Neeli Samudram”, the Qawwali song from the upcoming release ‘Uppena’, has become a chartbuster. The song has now garnered 50 million views. Singer Javed Ali’s rendition struck a chord with the listeners. Devi Sri Prasad has composed the music while Sreemani penned the lyrics.

‘Uppena’ marks the debut of Vaisshnav Tej (Sai Dharam Tej’s brother) and Krithi Shetty and writer Buchi Babu Sana (of ‘Rangasthalam) is making debut as a director.

The other song “Dhak Dhak Dhak” from the same film has also become popular with over 11 million views so far. Mythri Movie Makers in association with Sukumar Writings are producing the film.

Tamil star Vijay Sethupathi plays a vital role in the film.
